Returns & Shipping Policies

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in its original packaging (unused or opened). You will also be required to show proof of purchase. 
 

Return process: Begin by sending an email to us at pokemadrescollectibles@gmail.com. We will respond back to you as soon as possible to let you know if your return can be accepted and will then provide you any further instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping. We will continue to communicate with you throughout the process. Once we receive your item(s) we will be able to further evaluate the situation and provide a refund if necessary. 

All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.

There will be no refunds/return on preorder products.

Disclaimer:

Pokemadres is not responsible for manufacturer defects to the boxes (i.e. small dents or rips in the plastic). Please inspect your purchases immediately upon arrival so we can take care of you during the refund period of 7 days.

SHIPPING

Orders will ship within 2 business days excluding holidays. If for any reason we are unable to process and ship your order within this timeframe you will be contacted via email with an estimated shipping day. We can ship to both domestic and international addresses. We are not responsible for any customs charges or additional fees applied to your order once it has been shipped out. 

 Disclaimer: 

Once your order has been delivered to the shipment service we are no longer responsible for it. Any lost package or damage occurred during shipment is the buyer's responsibility. Buyer will need to contact that specific shipping service to handle any issues.
